June 2023 IDEA Conversation: Forming a BIPOC Coworking Alliance

This month, DeShawn Brown issues a call to action, inviting BIPOC Coworking Operators from around the world to join him in Forming a BIPOC Coworking Alliance. It’s not coworking without the ‘co’… so it’s time for co-creating!

So far, the alliance will be dedicated to;

1. Connecting BIPOC coworking professionals,
   
2. Sharing resources and expertise on coworking operations and community management, and
   
3. Elevating subject matter experts to ensure more diverse voices are heard.

Self-identified BIPOC participants are invited to speak on or off camera, as the zoom discussion will relate directly to the formation of a BIPOC Coworking Alliance. We welcome and encourage everyone else to practice allyship, show support, and participate fully in the conversation using the zoom chat.
