December’s IDEA Challenge is facilitated by the IDEA Project Team.
The IDEA Project is a global initiative aimed at developing Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) within coworking and collaborative spaces. Each month, we will host a challenge that assists you in broadening your understanding of IDEA, while giving clear actions for you to take to develop IDEA within your space.
Challenge #35 – Setting the Stage for IDEA in 2024
As we close out the year, we are thrilled to kick off the December Challenge, paving the way for an exciting journey toward inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility in 2024. This challenge is not just about wrapping up the current year; it’s about laying the foundation for our next chapter of inspiration, collaboration, and innovation.
Our Threefold Challenge:
1. Call for Speakers:
We challenge you to identify and reach out to dynamic speakers who can contribute to the rich tapestry of knowledge and inspiration at our IDEA events in 2024. Whether they are local experts, global thought leaders, or individuals with lived experience and unique insights, let’s create a lineup that sparks creativity and drives meaningful conversations.
2. Help the IDEA Project to secure partners and sponsors for 2024:
We extend a special invitation to organizations that share our vision for community-driven initiatives. Their support is pivotal in ensuring the success and profound impact of the IDEA Project in 2024. Connect with us on a mission to build a network of sponsors and partners who resonate with our values. Reach out to local businesses, industry leaders, and organizations that believe in the power of collaborative and community-driven events. Let’s forge partnerships that not only elevate IDEA in 2024, but also amplify the impact of our community on a larger scale.
3. Attend the 2024 IDEA Planning Conversation:
The planning phase is crucial to the success of any great endeavour. We encourage you to join us in March for a planning conversation where we’ll shape the IDEA Project challenges and goals for 2024. Stay tuned for more details on the date and time. Your input and ideas are invaluable in crafting an event that truly reflects the spirit of our community.

- Seek out potential speakers from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise.
- Connect with them to gauge their interest and availability.
- Introduce them to us at the IDEA Project – we would be happy to follow up.
- Sponsorship Quest:
- Include the IDEA Project in your 2024 Budget.
- Identify potential sponsors and partners.
